My audiophile journey began during COVID with a used integrated amp.
Along that journey, I rediscovered Crutchfield. I remember my best friend bought a pull out Kenwood for his Chevy when we were in high school. I have since purchased three items; one being slightly imperfect. It was a Klipsch center channel. I was able to return it and received another one which worked rather well. After using the new speaker, I was not quite satisfied and wondered if I had made the correct decision. I called Crutchfield and ordered a return. During that whole process, every time I dealt with a Crutchfield employee, I was treated with the utmost respect. I felt as if they all have the same passion I share in the sonic journey. I am looking forward to receiving the newly purchased Klipsch speaker. My collection is not complete, as I need a set of floor standing speakers. I will continue to browse the Crutchfield website to imagine all of the possibilities that are available. Thank you Crutchfield and the people who choose to work there!

3 Day shipping is more like 7-8 days upon receiving. Shipping company will not call to schedule so just hope someone is home. Still waiting on product file very here

Have been waiting three weeks for my order and it still hasn't came. Called customer service today and they said they don't know what happened and would send an email. I will just go with another supplier for future purchases to avoid the way longer then quoted shipping time and the poor customer service that couldn't give me any insight of my order.

I decided, for a change, to look beyond Amazon to purchase my new receiver. My experience was completely positive. The Crutchfield web site is easy to navigate, their selection is great, their prices are competitive, and their service is first rate.

Ordered a duo android auto stereo for my 13 tundra and paid extra for the deluxe install kit to find out it wasn't plug and play as I was. Led to believe .

Crutchfield is a excellent website to do your shopping. I purchase a Sony Bravia TV at a really good price. They are really a easy website to use when purchasing a product. The TV arrived on time with plenty of notifications of when it would arrive and when it did arrive. I definitely will Crutchfield again when I am ready to go shopping.
